Bad Service and Response

Again a big company not worrying about the customer. They advertise a product but when it is delivered it does not function as promised. When I contacted them, they have a lame excuse that they are not allowed to check the suppliers good. Surely when I am buying the product via them and paying them, the responsibility lies with them. No cooperation is forthcoming and they just passing the blame. It is not as if this is the first time I am buying from them but this will definitely be the last. It took them 12 days to deliver although the state 5-7 days but that does not worry them as they already have your money and do not care about the customer. The items not in the working order as advertised is also not a worry for them as they have been paid and do not care because the customer cannot now go buy anywhere else.

I will place a bet that this complaint will not be answered as it only goes about the money and not customer service and anyway the customer is a small pawn in their business.
