Bad service and Poor product!

Over a month ago I purchased Dior Sauvage perfume on Takealot.com, only to receive it and realize that the scent doe snot last beyond 30 minutes and in fact this was not the original. After returning the goods 3 weeks ago, my return was rejected because the unit was opened, since then I have had botched responses and a lack of seriousness to my concerns. To date I do not have the product, nor do i have a refund - only promises of rectification. I spend lots of money with Takealot.com and this has been the most disappointing experience by far.
