Bad service and people go home before clock out times

I have been buying from Take alot for a few years. Lately it is becoming a big issue with the delivery dates. You get a date when youre package will be delivered just to find out on that day that the package will not be delivered. You call in before 17:00 and the staf from the delivery warehouse left for home already and if you find them its not their problem. I live by myselve and need to make arrangements to recieve my packages. I make plans accroding the the ETA firstly recieved from Takealot just to change everything again.

Will not be buying from Take alot again eince their lead times doesnt match up with delivery date.
