Bad service and no delivery

Ordered items through takealot more than 2 weeks ago worth R2,700. Items was never delivered. I phoned the call center and the lady does not know where the items are. Is Takealot *****ing their customers money? There's not even a contact number on Takealot's website. Not even on the Contact Us page.
