Bad Service and No Delivery

<p>I placed an order on the 2/01/2017. It said delivery expected the 14/02/2017 which i was happy with. 2 of the dvds was allocated to my order and 2 had to be orderd. No proble, well big problem the 2 dvds thathad to be ordered came in they + ONE of the dvds that was allocated my was delivered the oher dvd maricoulsly dissapeard now it must come from CPT. This morning i look at the tracking and i see that ALL off them have bee deivered i only received 3 of the 4 dvds that i ordered. I need some to explain to me *** is going on.</p>
