Bad Service and No communication

<p>I ordered products on takealot. These items were to be delivered on 31/01/2017. When it was not, I had to email the customer service to find out where my items were. I was then informed that the courier company selected for delivery does not service the where the delivery was to be made to (NOT MY PROBLEM, THIS IS AN OVERSITE BY TAKEALOT) I was then told in that same email that it will be delivered 01/02/2017. It has still not been delivered and I have not received any communication from takealot or the courier company with regards to where my items are or what the reason for the delay is, i have requested numberous times via email communication to be contacted and provided with a reason for the delay as there is no contact number for client service on the website. I want someone to contact me today and advise me what the hold up it. Takealot has received their payment on the 27/01/2017 and i have still not received my items. I want a manager to call me today.</p>
