BAD SERVICE AND LOST DELIVERY??

My order *** was supposed to be delivered today before 5pm. I took time off work to be at home to receive it as it is 2 large appliances. You now send me a text to say it was moved to tomorrow because the item was LOST!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! How does it get lost?? I will be back at work tomorrow and won't be able to receive this order so what now??? This is BAD SERVICE - why confirm delivery was to be today for so long and then at the last minute, it is changed!! I will cancel my order and shop elsewhere like Amazon if this is the case!!!
