Bad Service and lack thereof.

I purchased a Rudy Project Airstorm size Large, they then send me a small-medium size one which I returned and requested they send me the right size. They then send me what I think is the correct size only to find out that it was the exact same item I returned. I then took that back and again requested they replace it, they then credit me due to the fact that the product is out of stock, yet they still advertise it on their website. I then phone them on *** and explain my situation to the guy who tells me that it is the suppliers fault that their website is not updated, I told him that has nothing to do with me, only to be told that it actually has got something to do with me and I must go read the Terms and Conditions. I ask to speak to a manager and sit waiting listening to music and eventually ended the call. I can't believe that not once did this person try and rectify the my situation by saying let me see what's going on and let me check with the supplier and get back to you. No Service Delivery from them. Won't purchase anything from them again. So Sad.
