BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF FLEXIBILITY

A family member gifted my child with a toy item from takealot on the 06 of December 2022 , problem started today when i received a message that the order will be delivered tomorrow the 16 which is a holiday and delivery address is my place of work and i phoned at the call center for alternative arrangements and i spoke to Zandile Mel and she assure me that i can go at the pick point they will be able to change the order to pick up and i can get my order right then, during my lunch time i went there Kwanele Mthiye who was not helpful at all told me that is never possible and he said i can cancel if that doesn't suit me.
