Bad Service and false advertising

Really pathetic service. I ordered a christmas gift on the 15th Dec, it was rescheduled to the 28th on the 22nd. Then the gift was just cancelled . There is no way to cancel the rest of the order online and I was waiting on the phone for 20 minutes with no answer and then just cut off. Now I am receiving something I don't want or need late. This is a waste of time, money and energy. On the call it states that deliveries take 2 days which is false advertising.
