BAD SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING

They provided the incorrect item. When the item got connected we noticed that it's faulty, rainbow colors, snow, stripes and interference over the monitor.

Requested a refund whereby the lady put it in writing: "As soon as the item is being collected from your address and should our warehouse confirmed that they have received your return order, we will then be able to action your refund as soon as possible"

Now they come with a hole different story that it will take 2 - 3 days before the item reach the warehouse and that they first have to verify the goods before they can issue a refund.

How can you put it in writing that as soon as the product has been received they will issue a refund.

This is totally unacceptable, they supp**** the wrong product in the first place, and the good person that I am, I didn't want to complain so I tested the product, well only to be extremely disappointing.

I will enforce the consumers act, seeing as they have supp**** the incorrect product and yet it was faulty, now they want to take their time in refunding my money.
