bad service and disregard to people by the courier company working with takealot

Placed an order on the 27/05/2024, which scheduled for delivery on the 03/06/2024, whilst i was expecting deliver, i receive an sms saying that they could not reach my home address as they could not find my address, strangely is that the said delivery/courier services did not even bother to call me for courtesy. i then rescheduled for the 7th, which my instict promted me for a call which to my suprise, i was called by some nameless person who was in such a rush to end my call saying my order was received by a person called Kamo, when i asked, she brushed me off saying they will call me back in two minutes, time of the said call was 11h11 today, im still waiting, from this number ***, which this number just rings and no one answeers

i then called takealot, ***, was assisted by a very nice person who confirmed my order was still at the courier company for delivery, he kept on hold whilst calling this courier company and confirmed that their landline he called not one answers, so they at takealot have another number which they call for such queries which he cannot share as its a personal number, so we are being called by the courier company with a number which none answers. talk about service, up to now i am still waiting for this company to call as i am very worried about my order - ***
