Bad Service and Dishonesty

I ordered 14 equipment on the 6th of July 2021 and to my surprise 12 was delivered yesterday and 1 was delivered today this morning, i asked the lady that was delivering and she said she doesn't know because she was given just 1 parcel.

@ 10:05 am I called to ask what is happening and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Atang and he confirmed my 14 units but the warehouse distributed 13 units , and nobody communicated with me that this will happen and i am working on a project an need them. Atang had promised that he will get back to me till now he has not called. This is poor customer service, I am really disappointed with Takealot and i have paid the full amount that they have required
