Bad service and delayed service

Very bad service,first of all ,my package was delayed for days and they scheduled it for Saturday,the guy calls me shouting at me that he is out side.then tells me that here is your package,I must take i***** very heavy and am pregnant,it was not delivered in my door step. He said I must help him to carry the package or he will leave it at the gate,he is very rude and unprofessional,last time am buying from takealot.
