Bad service and damaged goods

Am horrified by the way takealot had treated my case. I bought an item and it was DAMAGED which i then returned. Its been a month that i have not recieved my ****en item and when i call the call centre they send me from piller to post. I do not owe you money Takealot. Bring a better item that i have requested or send me back my MONEY. FINISH AND KLAAR
