Bad service and costing loss of income

We bought a laptop from Takealot, there was a technical problem and we returned the R7000.00 laptop they advised they will be replacing the laptop. With the laptop comes a bottle and cloth cleaner. Now they don't want to deliver the laptop that was costing us R 7000.00 as they want the bottle and cloth cleaner that is around R 50.00. This has been used already but they are still adamant that they want the empty bottle and dirty cloth. This is just not the way it should be done, the laptop is way more expensive than the stupid bottle. The laptop is used for work daily now the work is being delayed because of Takealot incompetency.
