Bad service and communication!!!!

Two weeks ago I purchased two products from Takealot being a universal laptop charger and a HDMI to VGA cable. I got things that did not match what I was looking for and asked for a refund and they collected the stuff 4 days later. A week later they sent me an email that my refund was approved and was despatched or whatever and it says to wait 3-5 days. It’s has been now 10 days with no communication and you can hardly get a hold of any help. The number provided online to call never goes through, emails get responded to days later or never. At this point I’m quite fed up with this kind of service because they are now holding me back from being able to go out there and purchase the things I need. Am I supposed to wait a month for my refund to come to me. Hello Takealot what am I supposed to do???
