Bad service and *********** client services

I bought the folding washing machine from them, and when i got home i noticed that the box was all damaged and all sallow taped, so i logged a return, and the next day they credited my account, so i called them and asked why did they credit my account when i asked for a replacement and also the reject folding machine is still at my house. I also told them who does their quality control because this product should have never left their building are they not proud of their brand by sending such things out to their clients? the next day they retracted my refund and came and collected the folding machine a few days later from my home then days later they messaged me to say that they cannot refund or replace my item because I passed the seven-day period. What a load of bull I messaged them but they just keep mailing me back with the same response I have all the mail trails.
