BAD SERVICE AGAIN FROM TAKEALOT

<p>I had a bad experience with buying lighting from takealot as my previous review States on hello peter now finally when they sort my issue out they mess up the delivery I ordered 2 lights but only 1 gets delivered this is really wasting my time I can't understand how they can mess up an easy order as this and Mr D delivery is another issue on its own when they delivered at the work address they just leave it with reception they don't ask for the person who they suppose to deliver to so they don't even check if its the right place or right person for the order so now we can say that we didn't receive it cos they don't leave any delivery documents neither do we sign now the order is coming from jhb and now they say that 1 light is still in the warehouse how can it still be in the warehouse when both suppose to be delivered together so I'm not even sure if it will be delivered or not and I have already paid for them Maxine was the only call centre agent to resolve the the previous issue as I have spoken to a few of them who didn't no what was going on who ever reads this please get Maxine to call me</p>
