Bad service after damaged delivery.

We ordered a packaged that arrived damaged. After return the process was horrible. First they didn't deliver and the gifts for the weddings we went to didn't arrive. Then after a month, i had to try figure out where our things are.

After requesting a refund, they only refunded about 10% of the original amount in discovery miles. After numerous emails asking what is going on, i was just told to contact discovery themselves. End of story.

Terrible service after it was their mistakes...
