bad service

Trying to get assistance to get item collected as return after being promised yesterday it would be collected it was not with no feedback at all , i have called and mailed i don't know how many times this morning , people so helpful trying to assist , BUT THEY NOT GETTING FEEDBACK FOR OTHER DEPTS , 1ST TIME IM HAVING ISSUES WITH TAKEALOT . Usually very fast , , i'm getting no where really this is not the service i expect from u .
