Bad Service

I ordered 3 scatter cushions from Takealot and payed for them on 21st September. They delivered one cushion and three cushion covers on the 28nd September. I asked for the two pillow to be returned, but I had to send all back so they can resend the product in full. Today, 10th of October they returned the product. Guess what I received one cushion and three cushion covers again. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have ordered so many time from Takealot and never received such shoddy service. Please resolve your returns policy, make sure you get it correct the second time at least.
