Bad service

I bought a fragram polisher, it broke, i sent it back in October. It took about 5 weeks, got it back agsin, allegdly repaired. It was switched on, never came on. Sent it back again early December just to hear the supplier of Fragram closed. Takealot promised to refund if the supplier go beyond expected time. Im still waiting the company closed, and i will probably get it back in the same broken condition. They are playing around with warranty time. Takealot enables their excuses. I want a refund, now they cant give they still repairing. Why take maximjm time to repair and sent back a broken thing anyway. No this is unacceptable. A waste of money. Close to R2k
