Bad service

I order an IPhone 12 64gb CPO on Takealot and the device started restarting itself less than a month after I received it , I brought this up to takealot and they declined the return , I spoke to about 10 different customer service agents who said they would help to escalate this and I was told to log a return again and when it arrived at the facility they said the charging cable was missing and they can’t continue the return , the charger is in fact in the box below the phone (like all phones arrive when your purchase them ). I went as far as opening a case with the CGSO and still nothing .

It’s going on Week 2 and I still don’t have a phone or credit to buy a new phone .
