Bad Service

I'm so frustrated and angry by Takealot and their service. I paid for an order on the 30th May, was due for delivery on the 4th but was rescheduled for the 11th June because of a mix up parcel with the courier people. I than get a call for the courier people saying they can't deliver it can they reschedule for the 12th June, I agreed now now when I call on the 12th my parcel won't be delivered. The delivery guy deliberately left my parcel cause he doesn't know my address. I want my money back. The parcel has important staff in it. Takealot doesn't care about their customers anymore. I'll never buy from them. I was 1 of their biggest supporters but from today, I'll shop elsewhere.
