BAD SERVICE

My order was supposed to be delivered on 26th of May BEFORE 5. I got a missed call at 5.... 2 minutes later I got a sms that I was not available to take delivery.... Making the customer the bad one! Not that your driver was LATE. I phoned the number of missed call, confronted the driver.... Her response was she assumed that because it's a cell number the goods was supposed to be delivered at a home address, while the delivery address was stated as a CORPORATE PAR****!! Making your customers the bad ones while you can not deliver.... Just pathetic
