Bad service!

I returned a package to to Takealot, when i was in Joburg. Takealot resends the package to same address after i have sent several emails requesting for the package to be delivered at my work , which is in another province. I received a call from the delivery department , i told the lady i sent an email to request a change of address & she too said she will send an email :To date i am waiting for my package no email response from takealot. I am unable to cancel the order on the app.
