Bad service

Had a delivery that was scheduled today ordered about 8 items the delivery called asked me of the entrance to my place and gave him the entrance few minutes later he calls back and indicated that he wouldn't go inside because because we're i stay is dangerous and I was like I had two different last week were the guys left my items by security and this driver refused to go by the security and want me to fetch the things by the street as if that is not enough he writes a comment that I didn't want my delivery. I use to like takelot but it's becoming a disgraceful ? outlet. You accept my orde then when is time to deliver my area is dangerous for your drivers pity used gift card if there were refundable I would buy elsewhere. Can I please have my delivery to my door step and as for this driver +*** I have been waiting from the 25th of May to get the above service

Till today I don't have a response from takelot instead my order ***4 was canceled without contacting me after I went back on the app and rescheduled the delivery for today. Guys this pathetic

I Had a delivery (Order no: ***4) that was scheduled today(03/06/2021) ordered about 7 items ranging from microwave to frizzy drinks the delivery personnel called asked me of the entrance to my place and gave him the entrance few minutes later he called back and indicated that he wouldn't go inside because where I stay is dangerous and I was like I had two different deliveries last week were the guys left my items by security both inside the flat and this driver refused to go inside complained that his car is not safe and my question was how is he doing deliveries or accepted my delivery to my area where as he it not safe just to put it out there I stay next to a shopping complex were the deliveries to the shops there are delivered next to the entrance of my place were your drivers is not safe. I feel discriminated. As that was not enough he write that I didn`t want my delivery. Logged on to the app and rescheduled for the next day and waited only to get an email that my order has been cancelled and credited processed because of the lies of your driver. I bought with a gift card that I Purchased (12 May 2021) Order #***6 from your online and redeem them with this type of service I would like to request for a refund and I will buy from the place where they respect me and value my business.
