Bad Service
Hi I have since be waiting for my delivery (***) to arrive since 27 July 2025. I have done 3 follow ups already with the company and they promised to assist however to date no one came back to me. The following are the agents whom I have been communicating with, they promised they will get back to me and they never. Simone.A (Takealot.com) <***>; Siphosethu.B (Takealot.com) and Siphesihle.N (Takealot.com) <***>. The latter was the last agent communicated to me on email on the 9 August 2025.

20 Aug 2025, 08:22 I received the delivery yesterday 19 August, however they only delivered one of items that ordered and paid for. I sent an email to Takealot and they are still to respond. this is not acceptable.
