Bad Service 👎

I have had a terrible experience with my order from Takealot. I bought a two suitcases, paid only to be notified that there is no stock and my account was credited

Then I order another set only for it to be delivered incomplete. When queried I waited for a week before u received a long soppy story about how its not takealots responsibility but the 3rd party supplier. Again I was told that my account will be credited as they supposedly can't replace

Super frustrated. The issue is that I bought during Black Friday week and bought at a large discount. Now the same product is still being advertised at a higher price but I'm expected to use the "credit" and pay more to buy the same **** thing

This is nonsense. I want what I paid for so takealot sort your suppliers and deliver what I bought....
