Bad Service

I order a 3-in-1 Lawn seed mixture on Takealot and my box was incomplete. Only 1 of the 3 components were in the box and it was not the seeds. I paid over R500 for a small bag of stones. I wrote a review on their app under the product I was suppose to receive which got rejected.
