Bad service

I'm not happy with takealot I have ordered things from 21 of August 2021 they were supposed to deliver them by Monday 30 August 2021 so they say they delivered my things to the wrong hub I'm always the one to call them they don't update me on anything so on their tracking app the date is still on the 30 August no one tells me when will I receive my goods please help coz I paid for those item every time I call them they say they will update me but they don't
