Bad service

I am so disappointed with takealot I bought a 2GB+64GB Android GPS CarPlay 9 Inch Radio Compatible with VW on the 20th of August 2026 after 20 days I was sent a unit that is 700 less that the unit i bought.the unit that was sent to me is the below 9-Inch VW Universal Touchscreen With Carplay Navigator System .it is unacceptable @takealot I need the exact item I bought not what I was sent ,or you can refund me the differential if you do not have the unit I bought as this was false advertising.
