Bad service

I ordered stuff on the 25th of dec delivery was prolonged due to holidays when i finally came only the printer i order arrived. They said tge remainer of the products got damaged and will be repleaced they even askef me what to replace it with so i said just credit me its fine. They then went ahead and refunded the printer which is way less tha the amount of the products that got lost after numerous phonecalls the issue was still not corrected. They are *****ing from us
