Bad service

I bought car seat covers which was supposed to be a 6 piece but when I received it it was missing the head rest. I logged a return but the reference number expired but when I tried logging it again it says return concluded but I still have the item.

I made calls and sent emails but I'm not getting any assistance.

I need to return these because I can't use them.
