Bad service

I returned a phone to I bought on Takealot, that had a malfunction, which they looked at and reported it solved. My phone was supposed to be returned to me since the 27th.. no communication from them.. when I try to track it, it is just written concluded and my phone hasn't been returned, when I send them emails still no response, this has been tolling on me because there's no communication or feedback and Takealot doesn't even have a helpline number
