Bad service

I ordered electric blanket on takealot.com and they left a bad taste in my mouth. First they delivered my parcel to the wrong address without me getting an sms as per the email you get after making an order. Then the following day the delivery guy came at 06:30 while I was preparing to leave the house and he left cause I did not have cash on me. He promised that the office will call me but no one did. Later that day I rescheduled my order for the following day and yes they delivered to the wrong address again. They actually delivered to the wrong address three times and now I am told that the order is cancelled. I am so disappointed with them cause it is not the first time it is happening. I learned a lesson never to order with them again
