Bad Service

I purchased an installed decoder online from Takelot.com yesterday and today only the decoder arrived without anything else. When i contacted them on email, Kayla insisted that the decoder does not include installation when clearly it states on the order that a dish etc is included. What do i do now when its on the details of the order?
