Bad service

very bad service,i have been a customer of takealot for awhile now but my recent dealings with them was really bad. I bought a tarsus air fryer and got the delivery but on delivery the box was opened not sealed and it was not delivered in a takealot box after accepting the parcel later found out that there was no manual in the box and then I logged a return stating clearly I wanted a replacement not a refund and after waiting and calling for 5 days I see that the update on their site for my return was completed and it stated that a refund had been processed. I called takealot and I was told nothing can be done.
