Bad service

Received a message yesterday 1306 that my package is ready for collection and received a email too. When in arrived at the pick up point today the package was not the or not ready the guy said he still had about 200 packages to scan and mine was not ready. I had to drive there for nothing now and the price of petrol is so high. Need a solution to the problem, bacause I don't think it is right that I have to drive back
