Bad service

Me and my Husband ordered a macbook charger at Takealot, when it arrived we noticed it was a wrong charger. We then called takealot to have an exchange and this was on the 8th of October so it's going on 3 months waiting on takealot to get back to us with a refund as we no longer need an exchange we have bought the Macbook charger somewhere else. The customer service at Takealot is bad they are truly ***********. We were told to wait for a call or an sms for the exchange till today, we haven't received any communication from Takealot. The Macbook charger we bought was R1799. We need a full refund and they should come collect their charger as it's still in the box as we had bought it. Bad service
