Bad service

I bought a pop up waller for my husband 3 months ago.... it says that it is under 6 month warranty. The wallets stitching came loose at the back... I sent it back to Takealot... I went on the app to check how far the refund is. I noted that it said there " Refund declined" The quality of this wallet is so poor! Give my money back.
