Bad service

I bought a TV Sunday was promised that it will arrive Wednesday. Yesterday i took leave from work and, waited for take a lot to come deliver my package. Those people didn't even bother to contact me and explain why they didn't come. Now it's Thursday I'm still waiting no contact has been made! Poor service from take a lot a company I trust so much is letting me down I'm a angry client and I need answers today
