bad service

i bought a washing machine which became deafective within a year .i requested for it to be collected . i was told by one of the people who collects that its not in the box then therefore it will not be collected .. I then covered it with a plastic They where suppose to come collect on the 12 . which did not happen i have been loading notes for it to be collected .. Still nothing no call no service what so ever . i i have waited for more than 2-3 weeks ..till now no call no care i am really disappointed by takealot .. I have been shopping for more that 5 years ..and now i am getting really bad service as a customer .. All i want it my money back so i can go buy the watching machine else where ..same with my kattle they did not want to change after it got faulty in 3months two days which i put my self to be at fault because i did not see the warranty its only 3months ... After this takealot is surely losing a customer ... I doubt i will be buying any more
