Bad Service

Like William said arrogant with no consideration to customers.I send back a cammera because the power supply doesnt work and they mentioned to replace is.Now the same cammeras are more expensive and they dont want to replace it or send me back my cammera,give credit without discussing it finaly with me.Sorry i could not give them no star!!
