Bad service

I oder a package it was delivered damage i sent it vack with drive. Phoned in to do a replacement. Then recieved a sms saying it is scheduled to be delivered the next day. I phoned twice to hear if it was comming and i was assaured it was. Then i recieved a email saying im geting a credit. Then i phoned for a 3rd time then they said no there was never a replacement order made. I am deeply disappointed in you guys service after how many phone calls i get this bad service.
