BAD SERVICE

order was supposed to be delivered today 28th Feb 2025 before 5pm. I took the day off from work awaiting the order and still no order, tried calling the customer care and the automatic voice says their operating hours are from 8am to 7pm and drops the call,,, it is exactly 17:39 ATM, why are they closed
