Bad Service

I ordered from Takealot last week and was supposed to get my package on Monday. Suddenly I was informed that my order was delayed. When I lodged a complaint, they could not explain to me what the reason is for the delay and keep on telling me that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible. There is a facebook group called Takealot Don't Care where numerous customers complain about their bad service experience (lost orders, no refunds, etc). I can't believe that Takealot gets away with this type of behaviour
