Bad service

I’m a reseller at Takealot. There was returns from customers. I’m waiting since June for 1 of my items to be returned to me. There are several items. Two weeks now every day I phone……nothing. The matter will be esculated. You can’t speak to a manager and they just don’t return emails or get back to you regarding your returns
