Bad service

***7..TAKEALOT has lost my order during transit and thy said I will get a refund , its been 10 days now , and everytime I enquire they ask for my banking details of which I have given them already 3 times....it's a nightmare to deal with TAKEALOT...I will never ever buy anything from them or recommend anyone
